All care plans are for domestic installations only, on boilers up to 55kW. For commercial installations, bespoke price plans are available.
Platinum Parts & Warranty Plan
15 YEAR COVER AVAILABLE WITH EVERY NEW BOILER INSTALLATION BY MILLSIDE*
• Annual maintenance and repair of BOILER ONLY
• Boiler and first line maintenance
• Labour and parts, if your appliance breaks down

Bronze Area Cover
BRONZE AREA COVERS:
• Annual maintenance and repair of boiler or water heater, warm air unit, wall heater, fire or cooker
• Appliance and first line maintenance only
• First appliance only (other appliances can be added at additional cost)
INCLUDES:
• One annual service, safety and maintenance inspection of your appliance in every year of your agreement
• Labour and parts, if your appliance breaks down

Silver Area Cover
SILVER AREA COVERS – ALL OF BRONZE AREA, PLUS:
• Annual servicing of boiler and controls
• An annual safety and maintenance inspection of your boiler and controls (excluding parts that aren’t accessible)
• 50% off the cost of a replacement boiler, if we decide that it would cost more to repair the boiler than to replace it
• All necessary Powerflush work after your initial (chargeable) Powerflush Magnetic filter installation

Gold Area Cover
GOLD AREA COVERS – ALL OF BRONZE AND SILVER AREA, PLUS:
• Full annual service of system controls, pressurised hot water cylinder and expansion vessels
• 6% OFF the installation cost of a replacement boiler fitted by Millside regardless of its age
£27.50 per month
LANDLORD'S CP12 CERTIFICATE - JUST £1.99 EXTRA per month
When you take out one of our care plans, you’ll also get a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate for just £1.99 a month per property.

We offer bespoke heating plans for whatever our customer requires, please click on the button below, give us a brief outline of your requirements and we will contact you with various options of a tailor made plan that is individual to you.
BESPOKE CARE PLANS
Millside will create a bespoke care plan package for you, if our generic care plans don’t suit your requirement. This is particularly useful if you have a multi-boiler installation, or if you have a number of properties you want us to cover. We will tailor the cost to cater for the appliances and controls installed.
Our bespoke plans do cover all items you may have installed, from underfloor heating through to swimming pool heat exchangers.
