D Mark Antrobus

Years in Industry: 41

Bio: From 7 years of age I have wanted to go into this trade, as I used to love crawling into hard to get spaces that nobody would go into which fascinated me. At 16 I started working for my uncle doing a four-and-a-half-year apprenticeship, after that I had various jobs including being put in charge of charge of 6 men at the age of 21. From an early age I have grown and developed my skills and love of the job. In 1996, after being inspired by my previous employers I took the decision to start up my own business called Millside Heating and have never looked back. I have taken the business from what felt like a hobby and created a wonderful social life, making good long-term friendships. This has left me feeling, that each day, meeting new and existing customers is far from hard work. More a wonderful adventure.
